Terms and Conditions

Terms are conditions don't exactly apply to a site that is entirely informational.  Since we are not gathering any data from our users, and we don't offer any interactive content or ways to communicate with others, it seems rather unnecessary to dictate terms.

However...

The Terms of Service will be ammended shortly.  Once the BlaqCar app is ready to go, there will need to be some new information added here.
